Once you have disembarked and have your luggage, call MUVA on 1300 04 MUVA (1300 046 882) to let us you know you’ve arrived. We’ll contact your driver who will be waiting close by. Drivers are not permitted to wait inside the cruise terminal at Circular Quay or White Bay so it may take your driver a few minutes to get to the terminal.
Your driver will be directed by the terminal traffic controllers where to park so we can’t let you know before your arrival exactly where your pick-up will be waiting. Your driver will call you when they get to the cruise terminal to let you know where they are parked, so please make sure your phone is on and you are ready to take the call.
Make sure you book a return so that when you disembark with the other 1,000’s of passengers, you can take comfort in knowing that your MUVA will have arranged for you transfer service provider to be close at hand, your personal driver waiting.
